M4 Handpiece
After access cavity preparation, one can check for canal patency with no. 10 K file in routine way.
Now insert no. 10 K file in K file reciprocating handpiece while
pressing the push button.
One can precurve the file in the direction of curvature
and simply start using it in the canal by giving slight apical pressure.
Do not worry about breakage as chances of K file breakage with this new technique are at least 5 times lesser.
Give 5-7 in out stokes to reach the apex. Usually, action time of 10-15 seconds per canal is enough.
Irrigate well with sodium hypochlorite. Then we can
choose next file to prepare canal to larger size in the same way.
